Payment, deposit & cancellation
Advance payment
After making the reservation, we ask for a advance payment of 30% of the total rental amount. The reservation is final once the deposit has been received. The remaining amount must be paid by no later than 4 weeks before arrival to be met.
Borg
For the stay we ask for a Refundable deposit of €300. This deposit is intended solely as security for any damage or additional cleaning costs and will be returned after departure and inspection of the apartment., Fully refunded within 7 days.
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival the advance payment will be fully refunded.
In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival No refund will be given.
We recommend that you do a travel and cancellation insurance to be closed.
